Privacy Policy for ZFace Ai

Last Updated: July 01, 2026

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which ZFace Ai ("we," "our," or "the Application") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the Service. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Collection, Processing, and Infrastructure of Face Data

Our Application values your privacy and handles all media files with the highest security standards.

- What Face Data Does the App Process? The Application does not collect, harvest, or permanently store users' facial biometric data. The Service strictly requires the User to upload an image containing a face solely to execute the transient "Face Swap" functionality.

- Private Infrastructure & No Third-Party AI Sharing: We do not use, share, sell, or trade your facial data with any third-party AI services or external AI companies. All AI face swap transformations are processed exclusively on our own dedicated backend models hosted securely on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure.

- Data Retention Policy (Strict Zero-Storage Policy): We implement a strict zero-storage privacy model. All image processing and face swapping are executed instantly and temporarily within our Google Cloud server's short-term volatile memory (RAM). No image files, target pictures, or facial data are ever written, saved, or permanently stored on our server's physical storage, databases, or cloud hard drives. All media data is completely and permanently wiped from our secure system the exact millisecond the final processed image is delivered back to your device.

2. Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you utilize our Service, in the event of an unexpected error or crash within the Application, we collect data and diagnostic information via third-party integration tools on your device, known as Log Data.

This Log Data may include, but is not limited to:

- Your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address.

- Device name and manufacturer.

- Operating system version.

- The specific configuration of the Application at the time of the error.

- The time, date, and duration of your usage of the Service, along with other statistical metrics.

3. Cookies

Cookies are small files containing a minor amount of data that are commonly utilized as anonymous unique identifiers. These are transmitted to your browser from the platforms you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory storage.

This Service does not explicitly deploy "cookies." However, the Application may integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs) and libraries (such as Google AdMob for ad monetization) that utilize cookies to collect usage analytics and optimize their operational services. You retain the absolute right to either accept or refuse these cookies via your system settings. Please note that refusing cookies may restrict your access to certain segments of this Service.

4. Service Providers & Cloud Infrastructure

We host our secure backend services using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as our sole core infrastructure provider. Google Cloud Platform provides the secure server environment and equivalent high-level data protection standards to ensure your temporary data is encrypted during transit and execution.

Aside from core infrastructure hosting, we do not share any user-uploaded content or photos with any other external third parties, advertising networks, or independent AI contractors.

5. Data Security

We heavily value your trust in providing us with temporary access to your information, and we strive to implement commercially viable and acceptable safeguard protocols to protect it. All data sent from the mobile application to our Google Cloud backend is fully encrypted during transit using HTTPS/TLS protocols. However, please be advised that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of digital electronic storage, is 100% secure and infallible. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain hyperlinked connections to external web networks. If you click on a third-party link, you will be redirected to that particular site. Please note that these external web networks are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to review the individual Privacy Policies of those external entities. We exercise no authority over, and assume no liability for, the content, privacy practices, or behaviors of any third-party websites or networks.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are restricted and do not intentionally address anyone under the strict age of 13. We do not knowingly gather personally identifiable data from children under 13. If we discover that a child under the age of 13 has inadvertently provided us with personal information, we will immediately and permanently purge such data from our systems. If you are a parent or legal guardian and discover that your minor child has submitted personal details to our network, please contact us immediately so we can execute the necessary remediation steps.

8. Amendments to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update our Privacy Policy at any time. We recommend reviewing this document periodically to stay informed of any changes. Any revisions made to this Privacy Policy will become effective immediately upon being published on this dedicated page.
